This Privacy Policy explains how Raise HQ (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use myraisehq.com and the Raise HQ application (the “Service”).
1. Who we are

- Account information — name, email, company name, and authentication details when you sign up.
- Billing information — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Customer Data — investor contacts, notes, pipeline state, documents, and similar content you upload or generate in the Service.
- Usage data — log data, device/browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Communications — messages you send to support or via forms.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- To process subscriptions and send billing notices;
- To respond to support requests;
- To detect abuse, secure the Service, and comply with law;
- With your consent, to send product updates (you can unsubscribe).
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with:
- Service providers who process data on our instructions (e.g. Stripe for payments, hosting providers, email delivery);
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety;

5. Customer Data (investors and fundraising content)
You control the investor and company data you enter. We process it only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload contacts and for complying with applicable privacy and marketing laws.
6. Retention
We retain account and Customer Data while your account is active. After cancellation, you may export data; we then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention (e.g. billing records).
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. International transfers
If you access the Service from outside the country where our systems are hosted, your information may be processed in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact support@myraisehq.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
